Hajj & Umrah Ministry and the Saudi Ministry of Tourism will introduce Three Types of Visa Processes for 2024-2025, i.e., 1445/46 Hijri. Here, we mentioned the three different types of Saudi Visas:
- • Saudi Electronic Visa Wavier: Only British Passport Holders can obtain this visa. It is valid for 180 days and stays up to 90 days with a single entry. There are no restrictions; you can travel to any city in Saudi Arabia.
- • Saudi Tourist Visa: With one year of validity with multiple entries, you can stay up to 90 days on each visit. You can travel anywhere in Saudi Arabia and perform Umrah as well
- • Saudi Umrah Visa: Book through an approved travel operator, which is restricted to 90 days. You can only allow to visit JED, MAK, MED
Conditions and Regulations must be met to obtain a Saudi Umrah visa
- • Only a Verified Travel Agent can submit the visa application online
- • Visa Applicant has a valid passport with a minimum of six months of validity
- • If your name is non-Muslim, then you need to get an authentication certificate from any mosque or Islamic centre
- • One fresh passport-size with white/grey background photographs and “BRP” at the time of applying for a visa
- • Visa Applicants should submit a hotel voucher and flight ticket when you process the visa
A glimpse at terms and conditions for a Saudi Umrah Visa?
- • There is no mahram requirement from 1446 Hijri
- • If a person is 18 years above, He/she can perform Umrah on EVW/Tourist/Umrah Visa.
- • If a person is under 18 years old, He/she should be accompanied by a guardian to perform Umrah
- • Proof of relationship is mandatory (a birth certificate for a child with both parents' names). The Mahram must travel into and out of Saudi Arabia on the same flight the children are moving.
- • Females who possess a different surname than their Mahram should submit proof of relationship, such as a Marriage or Birth Certificate
- • A valid residency permit is required along with a visa application if one is applying who is not a National of the country
- • Passengers with Hajj or Umrah visas can only set off and leave Saudi Arabia through Jeddah or Madinah airports
- • Travellers should ensure that they are not barred from travel by any general travelling, airport, and airline rules/regulations or laws not listed above, for which a Taqwa Travel agent can advise you
- • An Umrah Visa holder is only going for an Umrah and not for any other tour or work. Remember that the Umrah visa is only for Umrah and can’t be used for anything like a work visa, etc. If you breach Saudi laws and regulations, they should take strict action and apply the country’s laws accordingly.
Common Terms and Conditions
- • If your Visas are NOT guaranteed due to any circumstances. Or If a visa is denied due to hindrance, delay, or rejection from the Saudi Embassy, the company is NOT responsible or refund for the related costs (including changes in flights, hotels, and transport)
- • The processing time for a visa at the Saudi Embassy can sometimes take 5-10 business days
- • Please note that everything is subject to availability and terms and conditions. Taqwa Travel/7 Continents Travel Ltd has the right to refuse service at any given time without notice.
- • You must always follow local customs and comply with the host country's laws. You are responsible for your actions; we cannot help or support you if you willingly or unwillingly breach local customs. Your only support will come from the British Embassy or travel insurance provider.
- • Please take all necessary actions regarding Travel Insurance.
- • In case of cancellation before issuing Umrah Package flight tickets, hotel, and transport vouchers, 50% of the Administration Fee will be charged per passenger on your advance deposited amount, and the remaining 50% will be refunded.
- • This Agreement/Contract between the client and the company will fall under English law and Jurisdiction for the travel and hotel accommodations. Other matters within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will fall under the Saudi Law and Jurisdiction between the client and the service provider.
